Happy Ending was a extremely disappointing first week in India.The film starring Saif Ali Khan, Govinda,Ileana DCruz in lead roles could not perform up to the mark in spite of having a good star cast. The film was overall received well by the critics but it failed to pick up.It Just collected 20.85 crores in week.The film is expected to fold soon and may not even reach 25 crore plus lifetime total.
